  We had a very comfortable experience with Genesis. Gene at the showroom helped us with our selection, and he visited our house to measure and observe our rooms for anything unusual. The installation crew carefully and thoroughly solved the loose board squeaking problem we had! And the installed vinyl flooring is appropriately smoothly installed. All edge moldings and corners are neat and firmly attached too. I had been a little apprehensive about our threshold to our adjacent hardwood floor, but the Genesis crew was able to preserve that and it looks great. I had some concern about an apparent grayish color area and called Gene about it. He patiently and professionally heard my view, and came out to observe with us. It turned out to just be quirks of lighting and shadows. We will definitely consider Genesis as our first choice when we have another flooring project in the future.
